Worthing personal training is different to your normal personal training, we combine traditional fitness methods with martial arts fitness routines. If you want to lose weight and get healthy lifestyle fit, lifting massive weights and body crunching exercise routines are not the best way to go about it. Many people starting with fitness classes or personal trainers and go to quickly at the start and give up after a few weeks, my fitness training is based on a holistic approach to fitness, health, and well-being.
After each training session a full cool down is implemented and a wide range of stretching routines. Keeping the body supple as you get older is paramount to staying fit and healthy.
Thoroughly enjoyed my cardio and work out with David! Combining a mixture of martial arts fitness and HIT he adapted the session to suit my needs, goals and past injury. I felt confident and comfortable throughout the session and am looking forward to seeing the changes these sessions will bring not only to my physique but also my moral and general well being. I came away from the session on an absolute high, feeling more confident in my abilities to do the movements and feeling good in myself knowing I’d completed a great workout. Steph Carr
